The prices dropped on my 2 items (tv and bluray player). The expected delivery dates are different so I guess they will ship separately.

I got a 32GB one for $9.99 at Best Buy.

Hopefully someone more techy than I am will post instructions on how to set up the phone without actually activating it as a phone. I tried to Google it, but just had results on how to unlock the SIM.

I ordered the $35 Fire. I plan to root it and put Google Play on it, and see if my youngest likes it. Her Nook HD has a fault that causes it to be extremely dim. She still uses it (along with her 6" Fire) but maybe this will encourage her to get rid of the Nook.

No love on a TV deal for me, yet. I am finding Amazon's new look on the lightning deal page to be awful, and as usual their "search" is terrible.

Yes it is. Thanks to all who put in links because I am not very quick. I suppose mentioning a See's Candy deal is way outside reading interests so I'll just not mention it here.
