I know. I want smaller margins and thiner line spacings. That was one thing I really liked when I went to the Kobo.

No font customization? That does it. I'm skipping this upgrade. Again.
212 to 300 dpi is nice-ish, but not really required for me. My poor eyesight prohibits me from seeing improvements above 160 dpi or so. I don't really need page press buttons, and the software upgrades are gimmicks to me. As soon as it is available in German stores, I'll go take a look at a Kobo H2O. The hardware and options look much better to me. |

Yeah I totally agree. I would also like a more reasonable choice of font sizes (and fonts too of course). Some of the font sizes change drastically between options rather than allowing us to fine tune the size. Seems like they could give us point size options within a reasonable range rather than just eight static choices.

I'd consider the new Kobo, but I want the the page turn buttons on the voyager and the higher ppi, plus the amazon software. So I'll stick with kindle, but alas.. |

Exactly. Plus, if you add in the number of hours of use we plan to get out of it, it feels even cheaper.

Or maybe you'd prefer the touch-screen ones, with no turn buttons at all. (the ones I'm griping about!) |

Every other device I have gets picked up by grasping the side and it's much easier for me to pick it up that way. So of course I pick up the kindle the same way and that's where my problem is. I try to pick it up wrong. Kind of like iPhone users being told they're holding the phone wrong? |

Only the 1 home button, which goes to the home screen of course. So there is nothing on the bezel is going to affect what page you are on in your book. Are those "squeeze censors" the only way to turn the page on the Voyage? Or does it still have a touch screen? I guess it must be a touch screen for notes and highlighting, menus, x-ray and stuff. |

I wonder if Kindle Voyage readers will have to suffer through the same tiny maps and pictures that we have to on the Aura HD now that they have a super high resolution display? Unfortunately the ebooks just aren't keeping pace to the readers. Start putting high(er) resolution photos in your ebooks, publishers!
