You don't even have to give them an e-mail if you don't want to (though I did). If you click on each of the "perfect for" links at the top of the page you'll see a download link at the bottom of each page, 1 for each "situation." That was the only way I could get the fifth one, as it was not available through the e-mail signup link.

Skinmaan reminded me that I never followed up on this. I was out of town on business for a week after posting this... I DID try when I got back, but forgot to post. I clicked on the link and went through the motions, but the only option to get it seems to be to create a new account.

I took a survey at Downpour and they gave me a promo code to get any audiobook I want for $10. Not sure if the code is specific to my account. Anyway, I won't be using it; so if anyone is interested, I'll send the code to the first person who PM's me.

I don't think it's account specific. It never asked me who I was. I wont be using mine either if someone wants it.

Downpour (the consumer arm of Blackstone Audio) was spun off in Aug 2012. In Dec 2012, AudioGO bought Blackstone. AudioGO is a British company that started in 2010 when it bought BBC Audiobooks America and BBC Audiobooks Ltd, becoming AudioGO US and AudioGO UK.

Now AudioGO is merging both of their North American stores - Downpour and AudioGO US. The wording seems to imply that the Downpour branding will remain. Not sure though.

Alright Audible-philes, I've got a new short story for you. Neil Gaiman has a new book coming out soon, "The Ocean at the End of the Lane." Right now, Audible is offing a preview of the book along with a complete short story "Cold Colors," from his collection "Smoke and Mirrors." I have no idea how long it will be available so don't wait if you're interested. The title can be found here.
