I called and got the runaround with several holds. I'm tired of having to earn these promotions. I also wish Audible CS weren't so inconsistent; last time I got immediate satisfaction but my luck was out this time.

Oh, too bad. My rep knew immediately about the promo; the only thing was she asked me a couple of times if I'd checked my e-mail for the claim code (yes, dearie, it's not there and that's why I'm calling!).

Now I just have to decide what books I want to buy.
