It's carbonated water, created using a Soda Stream, with the salt content manipulated to a very close approximation of that in San Pellegrino. And the price is kept under control by using an adapter to allow clean paintball canisters to fit the Soda Stream. FWIW, there's a spreadsheet out there that has well over 200 different commercial carbonated (and still) waters that you can mimic. You plug in the starting point of your current water, and select the water you want to mimic, and it gives you the amounts of various salts to add. Quite ingenious, actually. And better than paying the extortionate price for San Pellegrino.

Started the day with a tall foam cup of convenience store coffee. My knees are absolutely beat from running around, and I have to leave for some night driving in about 45 minutes.

Right now I've finally been able to sit down with the first tea of the day. It makes you appreciate the breaks.
