Just starting my second tea. We hit 100° F yesterday. Today we only reached 98° but it was much more humid and there was no breeze. Between the stifling heat and the clouds of mosquitoes I managed only about 45 minutes out on the deck.

It's a good day to read indoors today!

All out of CO2, so drinking Schweppes Club Soda. Not as good, and certainly not as cheap, but needs must.

It's an OK Club Soda, but if you have to buy it, I prefer Canada Dry - seems fizzier

Stocked up on Bruichladdich today - gray and yellow canisters - for all tastes ..

Club soda. Canada Dry this time, just cause pooh thinks I should. Frankly, don't like it as much as the Canadian version of Schweppes. But what I really want is for my local supplier to get CO2 back in stock so I can make my faux San Pellegrino.
