It's not very sexy, but ... Metamucil/water with several splashes of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar. Twice a day religiously. I promise I won't share every time.

Going down to the local brewery (very new, very good, and very-very close) to try a new addition to the menu. I fully admit it's the description that sold me.

Jayhole Red Rye Ale: named after our cousin Jay who becomes red and turns into a Jayhole after too many.

No plans to become a "Jayhole," but I AM intrigued.

Well, the Jayhole was a bit of a disappointment. Weird aftertaste. But the Vitamin P (porter) was excellent! It went perfectly with my Pig and Waffles sandwich.

I was in an Asian grocery store and decided to buy a cheap cake of cooked pu-erh. I don't know what possessed me to buy it, since I've not been a pu-erh fan so far. I finally broke a piece off and brewed a pot. It's surprisingly good.

I know I've had better quality pu-erhs than this, or at least ones that started with better leaves (the leaves in this cake were really broken up) and enjoyed them much less. I guess I need to find someone that really knows pu-erh and get some advice.

That's my guess. It's the first out of about 14 taps that I haven't enjoyed (I'm staying away from the Doobla Troubla IPA), so I'm not complaining too much.
