About to have coffee #3... normally I'd not have 3 in a day but a good friend of mine died from a massive heart-attack yesterday so quite frankly I don't give a damn.

A double shot of lemon juice, a double shot of lime juice, a tablespoon full of sugar, and some ice. Filled the rest of the glass with some water, and am enjoying it... What would you call it?

Unfortunately it's an all too common occurrence. What's doubly agonising is that he actually survived breaking his back only 6 months earlier.

Anyhow, I'll have my dinner just now and the later I'll have some more rooibos and then chamomile again to finish
