Kindle for Samsung
Falls es noch nicht bekannt ist, mit der App Kindle for Samung erhält man jeden Monat ein kostenloses ebook. Diesen und letzten Monat konnte man aus einer Auswahl von 4 Amazon-Crossing-Titeln auswählen. Die dafür geeigneten Geräte sind bei der App-Beschreibung von Samsung einsehbar.

Diesmal war für mich nichts dabei, aber ich wollte es mal erwähnt haben.

Ja, die landen ganz normal in deinen gekauften Büchern, so dass du sie auf alle deine Geräte laden kannst. Nur halt "einkaufen" musst du sie mit der App.

Von Agatha Christie kenne ich ehrlich gesagt nur den ersten Poirot, der mir recht gut gefallen hat. Im Augenblick liegt hier (aus der Bibliothek) The Body in the Library, auf Deutsch: Die Tote in der Bibliothek (oder so ähnlich), das hatte ich angelesen und fand es ganz gut. Aber ich sehe schon, da herrscht bei mir noch eine ganz gewaltige Bildungslücke.

Johannes Haupt von lesen.net weist auf eine iBooks Aktion hin, bei der es jeden Tag ein ebook umsonst gibt. Heute ist das z.B. "Die Madonna von Murano" von Charlotte Thomas.

Dank Buchpreisbindung gibt es diese Bücher auch bei anderen Anbietern, wie Amazon oder ebook.de umsonst, insofern die Händler es nicht verpassen. Also lohnt es sich täglich auch für nicht Apple-Nutzer zu schauen.
