180 pp and quite interesting (I have a beat-up print copy)

Contains the first use of "Crowned Republics" to describe Canada, Australia etc.

I think that one of us is misunderstanding (my guess: it's me. ha) what bartveld said about "the first link provided by avantman."

If he meant the first link of the two that he gave, that would be the U.K. link. However, if he meant the U.S. link that avantman gave at first (i.e., in his first post about the book), that would be in the same country (the U.S.) as the one which resulted from my search (being in the U.S. as I am) for the book.

I own the dead-tree version. It is a good read; though it's been sufficiently long ago since I read it that I can't give an honset review at the moment.
