Hello I have a third hand Kobo mini without the internal sd. It's possible to have the image of the sd?
I think there's also a procedure to prepare the new sd for the kobo yet wrote in the forum how I have to search it?

What other images are there? And what does "none is working fine" mean? The device doesn't start? In which case, have you tried a new card?

Or the device starts and doesn't let you finish the setup? Which is actually expected behaviour.

Thanks for answer,
at the begining, the kobo don't response to any action, also after inside reset button. I tryed an image received from a friend. This image start, ask the correct time et connect to the wifi. After 10 seconde, I receive a 'Network error'. Search on internet, I found that I can connect the serial port and found that the connection to the site https://mobile.kobobooks.com/90306/mobilerequest.ashx give a 'webRequestError'. I also tried to change the serial to the correct with a hex editor. Resultat but no change, nothing good for me, I stay on the welcome message.

I forget one info: if I try the link https://mobile.kobobooks.com/90306/mobilerequest.ashx with firefox (on W10 station), I receive a '500 - Internal server error.',

Yes, I got an error from that. But, I don't know what the link is supposed to be for. What are you expecting and were did you get that link from?

I give a full answer but I think an administrator need to acknoledge it.
I get the link from the serial port, I supose it's for an update or initialisation. A part of data received on the port:

Um no, what you need to state is what you are trying to do. What is happening when you get this error. Such as, "I am trying to setup my Kobo Mini after doing a factory reset and it won't connect to WiFi." If you tell us what you are actually doing when you get an error, rather than dig out some esoteric info without giving any sort of context.

Just for the record, the context at the moment is:
- Kobo Mini
- Want an image
- Some strange WiFi error

And my statement above is a guess based on that because I know WiFi won't work on a Mini after a factory reset. And a new image won't help. But, the information and instructions I have posted quite a few times in the forum will.
