That's what I did after I fixed mine. I got Kobo to send out a new one, didn't want to chance it happening again, and what the heck, got a newer Kobo out of the deal...

:help:I see here there is a difference between N647 and N647B. The one I would like is for the N647B. If someone could help I would appreciate it greatly

Hi, Kobo support is asking for a picture of my Kobo wi-fi with the "no books found" message.(but mines already fixed )

I've been pulling my hair out for several days now not knowing why my Kobo suddenly had no books. I think my N289 has the problem discussed here. I'd be grateful if someone could send the appropriate file(s) and point me to instructions. Thank you.
