Made an impulse buy today at my local purveyor of spirituous liquors: Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2009, made with barley grown in 4 farms. Supposed to be unpeated, but numerous reviews claim to detect peat. It might make a nice 'light' dram for hot nights.
