I decided to try cold-brewing some Taiwanese green. It tastes like Japanese bottled iced tea with a little bit of bitterness and a whole lot of grassiness.

Though the flavor was sort of unexpected and took me a few minutes to adjust, I liked it. It also had an extremely long-lasting finish that was both bitter and sweet that isn't there when I brew it hot.

ye ken you can only get uv / sealed containers for powdered green tea from the US - we have to keep ours in the foil envelope and that's not very easy to securely shut ! ....

I keep my tea in glass canning jars in a dark cabinet. I'm not a huge fan of powdered tea, but I've stored it the same way in the past without any problems.
