Just emailed Amazon. When I got my replacement Kindle the forward page turning button on the left felt more loose than the other three page turning buttons. At first I didn't pay much attention to it but it seems to have become more loose during the few weeks I've had this Kindle and I'm starting to worry. Hopefully Amazon is willing to exchange this one too.

I'm also having the munchies but I don't know what I'm craving for (the worst kind of muchies there is).

The worst munchies! I kind of have them now, too. I just had some chocolate but it didn't help. I made a coffee cake today but I can't eat it because I want to wrap it up and gift it to someone tomorrow.

I'm trying to finish off my master's thesis, my goal was to have it done my the end of the month. I'm in the process of doing my first edit of it, but I've had so much trouble concentrating lately that I feel like it will take me forever to finish, even though I am so close to being done.

I just got a call to make an appointment for blood donation. If I recall correctly the first time they take blood to examine and see if there isn't anything wrong with your blood/health.

I'm also looking at hotels in Birmingham UK. I'm planning my next trip in August and I've decided to stay in Birmingham instead of Wolverhampton or Coventry and this time I'm not going to stay at a budget hotel but treat myself to something better. At the moment the Holiday Inn City Centre is at the top of my list (free wifi and a safe in the room).

Why Birmingham? If memory serves me, it's a manufacturing town, rather than a resort area. It would be like an American choosing to vacation in Toledo, Ohio... Not much going on in Toledo that I've ever heard about. What makes Birmingham so special for you?

I did an international course and for three years I spend half of the academic year at the University of Wolverhampton (twice I stayed on the Walsall campus and the last year I lived on the Wolverhampton campus), at least once a week we went to Birmingham.

I've visited twice before, last time about a year ago, and stayed in a hotel in Wolverhampton but I wanted more luxury this time and Birmingham has more hotels to choose from.

The reason why I wanted to go back to see more of Coventry, I visited the city last year and I really liked it but I didn't have enough time to see much. But I like to stay somewhere I know the area and Coventry is only a short train ride away so I'm staying in Birmingham.

I'm thinking of also visiting Derby this time or another city in the area.
