This morning, I started out with Peet's Major Dickason's Blend coffee, but that's all gone and I'm now sipping from a big pot of TheTeaHaus's Canadian Breakfast Blend. |

Pu erh this morning.
If anyone needs to know which sneakers have the brightest and largest lights on them, I am the woman to consult. Little Man tested all of the light up shoes at Stride Rite last night to find the shoes with the best lights. He even turned down the Star Wars sneakers because the light sabers on the side were deemed too small compared to the leepers he ended up choosing. |

This looks to be a good day for tea, and lots of it. I think I'll start as I mean to carry on, with a large pot of Lion Mountain Keemun.

Dr. Pepper. I needed the extra caffeine and the bottle had Unicorns and Rainbows on it. How could I not buy a bottle with Unicorn and Rainbows?
I am so keeping this bottle and using it for water the rest of my freaking life because nothing says "I love my work and want to get weird looks from my co-workers" then drinking from a bottle with unicorns and rainbows. I recently retired my "Feel the Bern" mug, it was purchased to honk off my co-workers who loved Donald Trump. Yes, I am that person at work. |

And I'll avoid bringing down the Green Rath by going further into those comments and getting us yanked into P&R. ![]() I'm still using my aubergine Contigo mug for my tea. It makes no statement at all, but then I work alone so don't need to.

Got nostalgic for the old days, when I used to drink more beer. So, there's (most of) a case of Sam Adams in the refrigerator.
And one bottle with me now. Quote:

I can see that and I can see how they would be bad if your kid was running from a kidnapper...

Mostly I think anything that provides lights, especially blinking ones, anywhere on a child is a good thing. Makes them MUCH more visible. (OK, if they're running from a kidnapper, maybe not so good.) Oh, and while I'm at it, runners and bicyclists with flashing lights and/or highly reflective gear are also a really good thing.
Coffee all morning, but now switching to faux San Pellegrino. |

Finished my tea and found a Coke Zero in the refrigerator, so I'm having that now while I'm working on the computer.

Oooh, now there's a switch onto the lighter side.
I find white teas lovely for an afternoon sitting around reading or knitting. But this afternoon, it's going to be pure faux San Pellegrino. I've had a few too many of these chocolate covered espresso beans, and I need to taper down.
