I guess one could buy the book and learn Greek! They sell them for home schooling people. And anybody, I guess.

I'm about to go bucket two cubic metres of hoop pine mulch from the driveway, up a flight of stairs to the balcony, through the bedroom and out the back door, and dump it and spread it into the raised back garden along the back fence.

Also, we got the new, glass pool fence installed around the balcony spa yesterday. This new fence has let us tear down the old post-and-rail at the side, between the house and the property-line fence. It was installed by previous owners as a pool-fence, but we've used the spa's old, black pool-fence down closer to the pool, under the palms, at the top of the waterfall , where it's effectively invisible. That old post-and-rail fence was a bugger to remove though, as they've used 4" square, 7' posts, one dynabolted to the house, and the other two cemented into the ground. We're chucking the fence railings and boards, but I think we'll keep the posts - they're solid as, and surely useful for something.

Anyway, the point is, I'm filling the spa back up and hopefully, this afternoon, when my spine feels like a crusty cement tube filled with rusty ballbearings, I'll be able to slip into the spa with a Zany Carter and forget my worries and pain (and probably my name).
