Moved from tea to faux San Pellegrino for the rest of the day.

Peet's Major Dickerson Blend. We went to a four o'clock baseball game that went 12 innings and didn't get home until 9:30 and struggled a little bit to get an excited LM into bed. I need the caffeine. And I forgot to set up my normal pot of morning tea. And I left the thermos at home so I don't have it to keep my tea warm at work.

So coffee this morning. Soon to be followed with Camel's Breath Pu Erh which has now been over steeped because I forgot I had started it.

And I need to remember bubble bath and dog food on the way home.

Maybe more coffee today...

Definitely a more coffee day. I got to bed at a reasonable hour, but then my old dog woke me up at 4:15AM and that was it for sleep.

So, Major Dickason's Blend coffee here, too.

A bit of faux San Pellegrino this afternoon. I need to swap out a CO2 cylinder, though, before I make any more. (I have two 24oz paint ball cylinders, and refill them at the semi-local sporting goods store. )

This morning, some Keemun Panda that I got from Amazon Canada at a quite reasonable price. And it's quite good - close to my Lion Mountain Keemun in quality and style.

A glass of an Italian white wine that I haven't tried before; Pecorino.

It's pretty good. Not as flavoursome as a Sauvignon Blanc, but not as bland as I find Pinot Grigio can be. I'd recommend trying it if you like white wine and it's available at a sensible price.

So, you do know you can make your own faux Perrier with a SodaStream and the recipes at Khymos, right? (And a lot cheaper in the long run!) It's how I make my faux San Pellegrino. Hmm. Makes me thirsty. I guess I'll have some now.

I had a soda syphon years ago - used those tiny CO2 cartridges - I got tired of the maintenance - but it WAS fun to squirt into a whiskey glass ...
