I like some stinky cheeses but my favourites are more into the cheddar cheeses. though I have used many different cheeses in cooking (latest is halloumi which is a non-melting cheese great for grilling).

The PBM was into astrology in their past.

The temperature is below freezing, it's raining some sleet-like stuff, the sky is cloudy more often than not... Only the day is longer, granted.

Spring arrives here in April. March is still pure winter.

PBM feels no yearning for summer.

I can rollerblade but have never tried rollerskates.

The PBM prefers ice skating.
