Eating birthday cakes of the youngest family members is a great way of boosting your natural immunity I find.

I'm less comfortable eating in public that at home. Eating for me feels a little primal/private for some reason.

Absolutely; no matter how cold and the ocean gets very cold here. We call it "wading", although I'm not sure that sticking your toes in qualifies. I keep a jug of water in my car for rinsing off my feet.

If we are talking about books, my childhood favourite genres are still my favourites. If we are talking about music, there were several genres that I liked but would no longer listen to other than a nostalgia session.

The PBM had a favourite food in their childhood that is still their goto meal when they are looking for comfort food.
