I'm pretty sure the singer is John Lee Hooker, or at least the song is his, but I don't think I know this particular song. Not that I'm an expert anyway, I only have one album from him called House of the Blues... I'm pretty sure this song is not in it, but I recognize the guitar.

In fact this song sounds suspiciously like Louise, but with different words. So maybe the singer is not John Lee Hooker but an imitator? I don't know.

Omg! The guitar does sound awfully uncannily similar!!!
As I've been writing in another thread, I've started to consider the possibility of them setting the screen tests to an unreleased track. So it could be that they've reworked John Lee Hooker's guitar and added new lyrics.
It did sound so familiar to me as well. I was actually contemplating the task of poking around blues musicians' discographies

Yes, that seems likely to me given that Google turns up nothing for "John Lee Hooker blame it all on me". I'm sure it's his guitar, or at least someone imitating his style, but I'm not sure about the voice.

Ugh, don't remind me! Imagine my frustration when I could not find a scrap of a song with all the lyrics I diligently wrote in the search slot. I was feeling so smug even....

Now, I'm having the sinking feeling I'll have to wait until they deign to release the fourth soundtrack volume and even then chances are this particular song won't make it on.

Packing in preparation for two and a half weeks of house/dog/cat sitting.Whilst packing I'm copying my music and ebook library to my external HD. I'm going over to my friends' place this morning, hoping it won't rain until after I've done my shopping. Tonight my father will bring my bags.

I'm just initialising my 'new' iPhone 3G. It will replace my iPod Touch and Nokia 6630. I think it's going to be really good. It may be two generations (soon three generations) of iPhone 'out of date', but I think it's going to suit me very well indeed.

I use an iPhone 3G and love it! I can't say that I love iTunes though, and usually use a third party software to handle my phone needs. But the iPhone really does do all and more than I ever expected, making my life a heck of a lot easier!

Actually, it's not supposed to be read. At least not on the go. If you invest some effort, you can decode it. The result might, or might not be worth the effort.

Trying to decide what to read next. I'm not in the mood to continue with Shogun. I was thinking of reading Jim Butcher's Blood Rites but I think I'm more in the mood for a haunted house story. Since I've read all haunted house books I have, and I don't feel like rereading any them, I'm searching Amazon for one that I might like.
