My account locked, they said they fixed it....but I just tried and it doesn't work when I go to the sign-in screen from the home page.

Oddly enough, it does work when I go to the sign-in page using the link in my order email as its a different URL (I assume you have one since you were locked out). So you may want to try to go in that way.

Yeah, they consider the print book store and the digital book store different sites. I have different passwords for each and often get mixed up.

I dislike their search feature and the fact that not all books within a series are always tagged with that series. As someone who uses tags to shop I miss books. I have taken to bringing up the author's website or Fiction db and searching by title at times.

Though this site is an improvement over the one before, it still needs work.

FictionDB Rocks! I use it all the time. It's great for organizing your books so you can read the synopsis of a book and know if it belong in a series and what order. I use it so much it's probably the second site I go to most other then here.

It did for me when I tried to buy one the other day that I had already purchased which was very helpful but of course would only work if you brought the previous copy from Harlequin and not elsewhere
