Yeah, we used to have some of those. They work great. As I recall, eventually stuff started to get between the "walls" which didn't seem sanitary, so we got rid of them. But they were good while they lasted and they look cool, too.

I'm sure you'll do fine. Just remember, you're the teacher. The students already believe that you know more than they do. Go into the lesson with that thought in mind... You DO know more than your students. Now... just share that knowledge!

It's me that has that problem here (the sitting things beside the coaster problem). Fortunately, my table is impervious to moisture rings, and I have a runner on the only end table anyone can sit a drink on in the living room. That only leaves my desk at risk.

I keep threatening to have a piece of thick glass cut to fit the top of my desk, LOL.

Just finished installing a new toilet seat. My wife likes those fancy wooden seats that last no time at all, so I'll be doing it again in a few months. Now I'm trying to convince myself to go to bed so I'll be refreshed when I have to go in to work tonight. It's my Monday.

I'm watching it rain and wondering whether I should run on the threadmill instead. But 1 hour on a treadmill is just so ... boring ... Stupid Belgian weather.

I decided to go for it when it cleared up, but it started pouring again when I was halfway. I don't mind a little rain, but man that was bad. I had to seek shelter under a bridge. Now I'm soaked. But I did run 60 minutes

Put in one of our Japanese fancy 'do-it-all' toilet seats and she'll love you forever! This one is just a tiny model. They can do a LOT more! Only took me a few minutes to handle the plumbing (one T-joint) and an electrical out let.

Well - play time with Stella was getting a bit boring ... for Stella ... so I tried combining 2 of her favorite games: laser pointer red dot and paper bag.
1. Open paper bag and place on kitchen floor - kitten now ignores it - BORING!
2. Turn on red dot and run over kitchen floor - ditto!
3. Have red dot run into paper bag => PARTY TIME!
4. With kitten inside bag, run red dot over all surfaces of the paper bag and watch kitten go into a frenzy trying to catch the dot! Lots of noisy fun!
5. To end the game (which the kitten would now play all night) - tip up bag containing kitten and crimp the open end shut firmly. Then slap the sides of the bag all over the surface until the kitten explodes out of the bag!

We had a lot of fun!
