It's from Tor (US). Their books have been DRM-free for a while now. Of course, with Amazon, that's only true if you avoid the KFX format.

I missed that - the ad says "Sold by: Macmillan", so I assumed Macmillan was the publisher.

Baen books have "t the publisher's request, this title is sold without DRM (Digital Rights Management)."

The Magicians' Guild by Trudi Canavan is $1.99 at Amazon US. I believe this is her first book, so it ought to be a good jumping on point if you've never read her before.
