Something is definitely going on with my left eye. I got penciled in with an urgent care ophthalmologist today and didn't get any answers, except for the unwelcome news he didn't think it was the cataract and he didn't see any other immediate causes. I have a full exam scheduled for 8am tomorrow morning. Something is definitely going on and it looks like it might not be the cataract, so I am pretty upset.

I hope they find a diagnosis quickly, and that's it's something readily fixable.

I just got off the phone with my sister. She's struggling so hard with words she now says okay and alright over and over pretty much the second stroke hit her speech she can rattle off numbers with no problem but she can't say. "Get a pen to write this down" or full sentences.

She's struggling so much and it's just makes me....*sobs* Her doctors doesn't have anything open till mid September. Everyday she's not in therapy she's just lost inside her self and it's heartbreaking to watch. *cries*

She's barely 50 years old. Why can't the doctor help her sooner. She just says she doubts it's a stroke. This is the same doctor who had four years to bring my sister's blood pressure down but didn't really try. You know how long it took the hospital to get it under control? Three days. Her blood pressure from 200 something over 120 something to normal.

I want my sister back.
