The Lion Mountain Keemun I drink more regularly comes from Peet's in the US, but has been only sporadically available in the last year. So I bought a pound of it, but that's getting low. Hopefully they'll make another batch available soon, since this has been the best reasonably priced Keemun I've found. Another good one, from a Canadian source, is Murchie's Keemun Extra Superior.

One of the unusual things about Keemuns is that they actually age well and tend to improve over the first year or two.

Right now, drinking some more of that Lion Mountain Keemun. Yumm.
Thank you, I will definitely pick a Keemun to try next time I order tea!

Sniff. I wish there were someway I could drink black teas hot without throwing up. I adore the lapsong souchong but can't take more than 3 sips without getting sick

I knew it was a possibility, didn't know if it was in the works yet. Also, I believe she may be in the hardest hit weather problems that have surfaced

Now why didn't I think of that? .

Actually, the Nespresso I am drinking now is caffeinated, and I'm enjoying it a lot more than the Nescafe of yesterday.

A grey and foggy day here. Time for a pot of my own "Russian Caravan" blend which includes a healthy dose of very smoky Lapsang Souchong in an English Breakfast base.

Almost worth the shoveling, then!

I'm drinking cranberry juice this afternoon. But looking forward to some Talisker Storm tonight.

As I walk unto market
Each day I can hear them cry
Sweet apples, sweet oranges
Sweet apples, sweet oranges
Fresh, freshly sent for you out today
Come and buy them
Sweet apples, sweet oranges
All alone I walk with no one
Beside me would sooner buy
Sweet apples, sweet oranges
Sweet apples, sweet oranges
Walking through the stalls
I am amazed by them all
Come and buy them
Sweet apples, sweet oranges

Good morning, everyone! Happy Friday. I'm drinking my unbranded Keemun tea (still have plenty left, thank God!) and getting ready to face the day. There are half a dozen different cooking schools in Chiang Mai set up for the tourists looking for a one-day course, and today I'm going to visit them and see which one can give me what I'm looking for. They all begin with a tour of the market before going back to cook, but I want one that gives me an in-depth market explanation. I might have to sign up for private lessons to get what I need. The tourists need to know what they can substitute for Thai ingredients. I have no need to sub. I want to know what EVERYTHING IS!

Decaf Pike's Place Starbucks coffee. Some mornings I really regret switching to decaf coffee.
