Well, I think that if you have diabetes; controlling your weight is the best gift you can give yourself.
A neighbour of ours, that has diabetes, lost weight and went from insulin-injections to tablets, just because he lost weight.
All my mothers sisters and she herself had diabetes in their 70-ups (6 of them that survived to that age). So it's a sure thing I'll get it eventually.
But if I keep my weight down till then; it might not be so bad with that diabetes, or perhaps I won't get it at all.

My vote was one of those.

Although I do go Scottish Country Dancing once a week. Doing that properly certainly gives the calf muscles a good workout!
