For some reason I just don't think that will happen. My sewing abilities are nil and since I just paid for cataract surgery for my dog I don't think I have the funds to hire someone right now. But she can see, so I guess that is worth more than a quilt! It is a cute quilt though.

I wonder sometimes if it might also have to do with whether you go through to Amazon using an affiliate link (the prices you see, not the deals that are only available to some people). I've no evidence to suggest that affiliate pricing matters, but I have to speculate madly about SOMETHING, right???

A month ago, Amazon was offering the Fire HD6 ($99) for sale at three different price points (that I'm aware of) - $69, $49, and $29. See this post for the beginning of the discussion of that sale.
