If JBM works the same way as Pocketbook 360 you can rotate the screen and left-handed people can use it too.

The Sony screen doesn't look like it has much of a glare compared to the current 600. I can definitely tell the difference in the screen contrast as well. Thanks for the video.

Nice teaser video. One thing that struck me was how the new Sony still isn't doing real italics. Looks like I'll have to wait and see how PDF performance is before making a jump.

Wow...is it just me, or does the touch screen not look like the previous touchscreens? Seriously, the contrast in that new Sony looks comparable to my Kindle and a bit more crisp than my Nook. I'm impressed. Looks like the days of the glass covery thing are over.

I'm glad that Sony's still in the game. I do like 90% of my book buys thru the Sony store (favorite to deDRM)

Yes that's the whole reason why the marketing put some emphasis on how the new touch screen is different and doesn't degrade viewing as it did in previous generations.

It's impressive....I have gadget love. Has anyone noticed that the "Reader Touch Edition" also seems to have a new "bookshelf" view like the Nook/iPad?
