I'd love to see pictures from other colors as well if you guys are kind to provide. I was secretly hoping the orange would be brighter but I guess it's more subdue than I thought.

I have the blue steel one, which I like. It is almost then the pictures on the Amazon website. If you like to see some of my own, I will do it in the evening (time shift). I have thought to order the orange one but was not sure because I would not like if the orange is not really bright. Seems that this may true but I also like the colour.

I don't mind taking pics of my green one if anyone wants to see. Shall we start new threads for the colours or post them all in here? I also have the red (for my daughters one), a nice deep red, I can do that one too if wanted.

The orange looks a bit brighter in the second photos you took, I really like it. I can see me buying these in various colours now, I adore my green one, but also like orange, blue and pink.........

The photos from my pink case are in this thread:

It is quite a bright pink but not hideously so!

Pardon the mobile phone camera pic. I've lent out the good camera for the time being. And pardon foster kitteh, George. He had to be in on the action.

I love the pink. You are right. It's bright but very cute though. I might have to go for pink afterall but we'll see.

Green doesn't seem as bright as a picture shown on Amazon either. hmmmm

Okay, here is my green lighted cover and the red standard cover.

The first pic is in natural light and is the most accurate colour wise (on my monitor at least) the red may be a tad deeper, green spot on......

the second pic is with flash, so a little washed out colour wise and not as vivid as the first, but shows the detail of the covers more.

EDIT: oay, just checked on my desktop pc as I was using my netbook, on this one the second picture is more colour accurate, typical, really does depend on monitor settings.....
if the red in the pics looks deeper then that is probably the most accurate one then.

the red is a deep rich burgundy red, the green is brighter, but not in your face bright, more like a granny smith apple green

I finally have my kindle so could test the lighted cover........I am seriously impressed, it lights up the screen really well, much better than most of the pics I have seen of it. I love it, so pleased I got that one. Might have to get another lighted in another colour too

Babyd, thanks for the pictures. Good to know that you think the light spreads really well. I might just order one and see how it works. Thanks again for the pictures. I love the green one too.

there are pictures from the steel-blue one. unfortunately this morning (timeshift) it is a bit grey and dark outside. the colour is between grey and blue, it's really nice and I like it. the third picture is with flash, the others not.

Thank you for posting the pics everyone, is really useful being able to see more accurate colours than Amazon. Am starting to lean towards the idea of getting a steel blue cover, it looks almost like a light lavender (I lurve all shades of purple.)

@erinath: I wouldn't say that there is a lavender note on the colour, its to blue for my opinion ;-) on this page you can see some colour codes:

http://www.farb-tabelle.de/en/table-of-color.htm

it is more like the DodgerBlue4 but not as bright blue as the example there...
