RTF support question - Page 2

I went to check. I am seeing something I have never seen before. I am getting this message.

Warning
Server error occured. Please try again later. So now I am curious if anyone is getting this message. it's 2:46 PT I have been getting that for at least a good hour now. Usually when I check I get a message that there aren't any updates. Ok fine. But this message has me a little more concerned.

I just got the same thing, Karen, but then it's only about 10 minutes after you tried.

Perhaps they've got it down so they can load up the update? (Oh, would that it were so!)

OKay I just tried as I got your message...... still getting it. BUT I am glad in a way you are getting it because sometimes I wonder if things are wrong with my computer.... so I have a little sigh of relief that this is not the case. Thanks for taking a look to see what you get. So it has to be connect/sony that is having a server problem......

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking, that the server is actually doing something ... or not doing something as the case may be.

We all have that Computer-crash-aphobia to some degree, but it's not your machine this time.

I just checked and had no problem getting there. No new drivers, firmware, or software was posted. All that seemed new was the 31-JAN-07 MS Vista notice.

I have to ask, do you have the reader hooked up to the software at the time you checked? I don't so wondering if that could be it. although........... that doesn't seem to make any sense either...... something is weird here if you are getting a response and some of us are getting server errors.
