I'm constantly looking for the remote control to skip back 10 seconds when I missed something when listening to my car radio...or at the movie theatre.

That's what having a PVR (DVR for those in the States) does to you.

Yep, I've "clicked" the edge of a paper book and wondered why the page didn't turn. I've also run my thumb up and down the edge of a book looking for my K1's scroll wheel so I could look up a word.

I thought about that when I wrote that post. But then I figured it would take less than 10 minutes for some smartypants to point out that some car radios can do it. My faith in human nature remains strong.
