Re PDF books on the kobo:
It's unfortunate that pdf books are hard to display (and read) on the kobo as 1/2 of the books I would like to borrow from Yarra Plenty are in this format. I managed to get a pdf book's page displayed on the Kobo in landscape mode without having to scroll from left to right however the font is so small that it would be a real pain to read! Once you enlarge the font the page is too big for the screen... arrggh! I am sticking to reading epubs at the moment. Maybe Kobo will improve this on another upgrade?? here's hoping. |

When 1.4 was released, Sameer, from Kobo, said that they had hoped to get PDF reflow into that update, but that their implementation still had some bugs to work out. I have high hopes that this feature will be included in the next update.
