Hello everybody,

Well I have my share of problems with my PB360, and the nearest place for fix-up is Germany, but after all this that I have read here, I am a little bit afraid, I must addmit.
But since there is not other way, Germany it is... I will send my PB360 this week (hopefully tomorrow!) and I will report what happens...
For everybody who might be in need of PB fix-up...

Please don't forget to insert a sheet of paper where you detail your problem(s) and give your bank account for repayment of your port costs.

It has been couple weeks again. Has this progressed? Surely new device should have been delivered by now.

If the question referred to my case: TNT has offered to reimburse me for the first failed attempt to ship it. I've also started TNT enquiries about the second shipment, 26 July with certified mail, which I've so far heard nothing about: it doesn't seem to have arrived at Pocketbook, and it hasn't been returned (yet) either. Sure begins to feel like it's the Bermuda triangle there.

Yes, really. I copy-pasted the address & printed it out & pasted it on the package. If you haven't received it by now, I don't think you ever will, after all this time, and I guess it's lingering in Deutsche Post limbo (or whichever partner TNT uses in Germany).

Hah, good news. Today I received notice from Pocketbook that their post office had rather mishandled things, but now the package has finally arrived and they'll look at the reader. Just FYI.

I'm in the US, I just shipped my PB360 back to Pocketbook. It has a faulty display controller, I sure hope the warranty covers the repair...
I just checked UPS and my reader was delivered yesterday at noon. I paid a little extra to be able to track the package online, which at first seemed a little excessive, but after reading this thread I think it was the right move.

I'm not even bothering to send mine off - screen faults aren't covered under the warranty apparently.

Not true. Not covered , generally speaking, is a broken screen. Faults caused by the display controller are covered.

A display controller is not a screen fault its a display controller fault! The screen is the biggest most expensive component on an ereader so not covering that significantly devalues the worth of the warranty. I can understand not covering damage inflicted by people but my device for example is spotless and has not been mistreated in any way.
