Thanks everyone for giving this book a chance. Wow, you mention free and the floodgates open. I will admit the writing style is unpolished, but in my defense this is my first book. The book has never been professionally edited, either.
I am currently working on several other titles, of which are both strange and unusual and IMO much, much better than this book. Practice makes perfect. I would also like to note that I have never had any previous writing experience. I had an idea and it just manifested itself onto paper. Strange...

I know what they say, don't judge a book by its cover. Hope you don't mind, but that cover artwork totally turned me off. Spent the last couple hours making a new cover, hopefully it will help catch more readers attention. Have higher res version if needed.

Okayyyy, then. You are one sick puppy! But that's a heck of a storyline.

It needs a little polishing (some sentences should be two; and some instances of "had went" should be "had gone") but it's quite a ride! More explicit gore than I prefer, but others may disagree.

Afterward -- my brain always rehashes scenes in light of the conclusion. So....

Thank you. I like this cover much better than the one I came up with in photoshop. I sent you a pm, please reply so I can give you cred for the artwork. Uploaded the new cover to smashwords, let's see what happens.

Spoiler: How does the car chase scene & the confessional work in light of the conclusion? Protagonist sees and chases the villain. And..... Unless he really has gained psychic powers Spoiler: How can he watch Lindsay's and papa's deaths? Conclusion doesn't cover those scenes either.
