Device: Sony Reader PRS-505, PRS-650, PRS-T3, Pocketbook HD2
There is also the PRS-505 which has the 6 inch screen and the contrast is as good as the PRS-300. Not sure on the price of the device anymore. But at this point if I had to buy another e-ink device I would look for the PRS-505.
