I have a copy of that program...
It came from 'Moose's Shareware Catalog - July 2003' and produces a variety of different typewriter sounds. Shareware cost was $10 Aus dollars in 2003.
I have it in a zipped file 750k if anyone wants a copy. Just drop me a note were to send it!

Oh that takes me back! Those happy days when you could dislocate your little finger hitting the shift-lock key, mangle the keys and knit them together, and knock your coffee cup over as you swung the carriage. Not to mention the fun & games with carbon paper, especially when you put it in back to front. Computers, I LOVE them :-)
