FEEDDLER PRO for the iPad is AMAZING!!! It does everything you want. Caches the images for offline browsing (from those RSS That provide images) and caches the articles. I use it every day on the train and it is just awesome! awesome

Feeddler Pro only caches the RSS feed text; it doesn't cache the full web page text, which makes it useless for some sites.
