Had similar format to deal with, and used:
Replace ^p^w with (&&(FIVE-SPACES Replace ^p^p with (&&( Replace ^p with a space Replace (&&( with ^p obviously, by FIVE-SPACES, I mean 5 actual blanks, and, used the special tab to enter the ^p - for paragraph and ^w - for whitespace I saved it as a macro, in WORD, then made a hotkey F11, and processed a batch of files pretty quickly. Obviously, easily modified for different formats, and worth it if you have a decent number of files to process. Last edited by mlbspike; 11-08-2006 at 08:57 PM. |
