Okay my fault, I wasn't clear. I meant the ability to annotate and highlight on the phone. All of the Kindle apps support viewing annotations and highlights.

It will show highlights you made on a Kindle or in the desktop app, but you can't create new highlights directly in the Android app. At least not yet.

Wouldn't this be good on B&N's Nook? EPUB, PDF, EReader on B&N software and Mobi and AZW on Amazon Kindle for Android.

The eReader.com app allows you to take notes and supports on-board dictionary look-up.
