It's double surname which probably means that a woman (probably Lorena herself but perhaps her mother) was born Mošnja (scrotum) and married to a guy named Škare (scissors) or the other way around, but chose to keep both names, which isn't unheard of, but not customary. I can't shake off the feeling it's deliberate.
