Sometimes it's just that parents didn't realize what they were doing, sometimes they think it's funny to name their kid that way, but Mošnja-Škare Lorena - scrotum-scissors Lorena is specific.
It's double surname which probably means that a woman (probably Lorena herself but perhaps her mother) was born Mošnja (scrotum) and married to a guy named Škare (scissors) or the other way around, but chose to keep both names, which isn't unheard of, but not customary. I can't shake off the feeling it's deliberate.
