I do like the catalog, but I can't actually select a book to read it from the catalog? It only goes to the description. Is this correct? Are there any plans/ways to use the catalog to pick the book you want and jump into it?

And it's easy.

I believe you want to sort by Author but you want books by the same author to also be sorted by Title.

The problem is: the Kindle stops sorting like that once you put books inside Collections.

What actually happens is that:

The Kindle now sorts by Author & by Date.

This gives you the flexibility to organize books by the same author into however way you want.

All you have to do is remove books from a Collection.

Then put them back in the order you want.

And because Author-sort also sorts by Date, you can make it appear as if it sorted by Title.

I'm not sure if the OP will get this necroed post, but hope it's of help to others.
