I order yesterday also around 4pm pst. Not received any email yet. When I check the order status it says - out of stock but expected ship date is 9/29.
I think there may be a new batch aimed to arrive friday or maybe they are just being optimistic but if others are seeing an Oct expected ship date maybe not |

I ordered around 12pm eastern time yesterday and haven't recieved a shipping noticed yet. But when I checked my order a moment ago the Estimated Ship Date changed from 09/28/06 to 09/27/06 so it looks like they may send it out this evening possibly.

According to Fed Ex my Reader was picked up at noon today from Long Beach, CA.
