The Store could detect, otherwise, that my IP was in Qatar and wouldn't accept my credit card -- for security???? purposes. After that, there has been no problem using the Sony store.

I order stuff from Riyadh the same way (VPN through US). I use my local credit card without any problems though. The billing address I use is my Aramex drop address in the US.
