"Go Packers" was a joke! Y'know, just me fooling around. You missed it.
I am well aware of Mr. Packer's story. Including the fact that:
1: "Alferd" is the result of a misspelled tattoo,
2: He was never charged with, tried for, or convicted of cannibalism, or crimes related to cannibalism, and
3: the Alferd G. Packer Memorial Grill was named in 1968 with the slogan, "Have a Friend for Lunch".
Finally, for extra credit: "Damn you, Alferd Packer! There were seven Dimmycrats in Hinsdale County and you've et five of them!"

Okay? Friends? Lunch?

Oh, man, I love steak tartare! I haven't had it in months. Not since the day I saw a kid licking the packages in the meat department of my supermarket! And the mother was completely oblivious!
