Geek speak
![]() Buttons on keyboards and phones operate on crossing points of the matrix Phones 1,2,3 row1 line. 1,4,7,* col1 line If the scan see's a closure on row1, col1, it knows the 1 button was pressed Just because the PEz has the physical rows 12345, 67890 does not indicate the scan lines are done that way. Only the keypad designer knows what does what. Needless to say, it sounds like a bad (intermittent) keypad circuit and not cockpit problems. Astak will help you. get it resolved. |

You're absolutely right! I heard back from Elliot and he says box it up and send it back for repair or replacement.
Of course it's disappointing to play the waiting game again but at least when it arrives this time, it will operate as it should. Thanks again for everyone's input. Appreciate all the help. N |

I am sorry for the trouble!

I am honestly sorry that you have the delay of sending it back. Please keep your SD card when you do send it back. We are VERY quick on turnaround and normally within 24 hours (on working days) it is on its way back to you! There was some talk once of testing every device before shipping. They ARE tested at the factory; but testing them here has never been done or needed. I just know how I feel when I have to return things. It is agravating. I am very sorry!! We will get it right! |
