Theoretically yes. it is unlikely, but not impossible. It depends largely on the protection built into the circuit.
For a 10-LED light which draws at least 200 mA out of a port which is in all likelihood only built for 100 mA it gets probable. Even if a fuse or some other protection triggers it still renders the USB port inoperable.

BTW USB powered LED lights are no valid USB devices so you can run into severe problems. In this case the USB port may not deliver more than 100 mA and you may harm the electronics that way.
Claimed power requirement for the 10 LED light is 0.5W, 5V, which is 100mA if accurate.

I got my USB LED light (bought at least 5 years ago) working on iLiad. I found it helpful when I am on car at night. It will no longer be boring when sitting in car.
