I have to use a lot of pressure to keep it together whenever I rotate it. If I don't it comes loose or apart. I shouldn't have to do that. It will probably get worst as the opening will probably stretch each time I have to put it back together. I'm going to contact M-Edge about a replacement. I have the black light also. For some reason they seem to be only offering the white lights for the Nook now. I wonder if the problem was with the black ones?

I think they are manufactured the same way, it's probably just a matter of style; since the nook and Kindle are white, they list the white ones for them, and some of the Sony readers are black/dark, they list the black one for those (which where I ordered my black one from) I have a Sony reader as well, that's how I ended up on that page and I can use the light for both.

I find black much less distracting than white. I never understood why companies insist on white bezels and enclosures for their ereaders, do they really want to show off how NOT white the eInk display really is?? Sony only made that mistake once, on their first, japan-only reader and never again since. Even the silver of the 505 matches the lightgray of the eInk screen better. Of course I'm still waiting for a true black on white screen...
