Mine has been saying downloading pre-update for about 10 minutes now, is this normal?

it's NOT normal. It timed out and gave a message saying the file was corrupt. Trying again, this time the percentage is going up..

i'm getting 'connecting to server' for about 5 mins now (pre-update).

this isn't normal, right?

is it save to restart (reset or turn off/on) the device at this time?

anyone managed to get the third part of the update? I'm now just getting "Unsuccessful" every time now.

12:46 pm Installing update
12:55 install complete.

Well...that was easy!!
