You can also delete books on your Reader this way: if it is connected to your computer and the Library software is open, on the left hand side you should see the device. Click that and it'll show everything on the Reader. Right click the book you want to delete, and select "Delete." That will delete it off the Reader (make sure you aren't in your eLibrary tab though, that's the top selection on the left pane).
